RANDALL E. KAY P.C. has been providing commercial debt collection services for more than 35 years. We work with clients to draft documentation that facilitates collection of money owed such as terms and conditions for their contracts, purchase orders and personal guarantees.

Commercial collection services are handled with focused attention and on a case-by-case basis. Our approach is aggressive, results-oriented and pragmatic. We are often able to accommodate the needs of a client who wants to maintain a business relationship with a debtor while at the same time establishing firm payment arrangements for existing obligations. Our clientele ranges from large institutional companies to small businesses and professionals and has included people and companies from around the world with debtors who have assets in California.

Our practice includes enforcing sister-state judgments from around the U.S., and we have collected funds for clients from diverse countries as near as Canada and as far away as Vietnam and Belgium.
